I entered the world of Psychology by vocation and after 25 years I can confirm that I have been, together with my four children, my main source of satisfaction.
I have wandered through all its ins and outs, from psychotherapy to human resources, from scientific research to teaching, from operational to management.
I am a doctor cum laude, partner and director of the FACTHUM Group, I belong to the board of directors of the Spanish Society of Psychology (SEP), the advisory board of the International Organization of Human Capital (DCH) and I am a professor at the Camilo José Cela University.
